PRS-350 and PRS-650 micro-USB cables compatible?
Does anyone here know if I can use a PRS-650 cable which came with the device for charging and transfering files on a PRS-350? Are they technically exactly the same?

Yes, as has already been said, the 350 and 650 cables are the same.
The Kindle 3's micro-usb cable also works quite nicely. In fact ANY generic USB to micro-USB cable should work. About 90% of the generic USB chargers also work.
