How to uninstall fbKindle?

I have a Kindle 3 wifi special offers, I hacked system, and replace fonts in order to display Chinese cahracter well, and I installed fbkindle for read epub, after install it I found it doesn't looks good than what I think. But I did't hack the screensaver, as I keep my commitment,

But I found the original K3 system can support Chinese character well, after using debug command, so I want to restore my k3 system to original, all the hack package has uninstall bin file, but I don't know how to remove fbkindle completely?

By the way, can restore my system by using menus "reset to factory defaults" or I have to uninstall hacks respectively?
