Amazon account without an email address??
I am buying a kindle 3 G for my 82 year old mother who loves to read. The ability to enlarge the font will be great for her . She does not do email or have a computer. Can I still set up an account for her with her credit card or gift cards, or will I have to tie it to my email address ?

You'll need an email address for order confirmations and stuff to be sent to. You could always setup a gmail (or freemail of your choice) account for it and just check it if there's a problem.
