So, there I was reading this article, "Flying bear kills two Canadians in freak accident" and thinking 'it can't get much stranger than that', when I glance down to the bottom of the page and find this: "Australian camels could be shot to curb methane"...guess I was wrong in my assumption!

P.S. Here's my favorite line from the camel article:
Camels compete with sheep and cattle for food, trample vegetation and invade remote settlements in search of water, scaring residents as they tear apart bathrooms and rip up water pipes.

We have a British newspaper called the Sunday Sport that was famous for it's ridiculous headlines a few years back. Here's a selection:

"Elvis winks at a Texan mourner"

"Hitler diary found in Dresden floods"

"Double Decker Bus Found On Moon"
"Adolf Hitler Was A Woman"

"MUM GIVES BIRTH TO 8lb TROUT”

“GREENFLY ATE MY LOVER!”
