Changes Not Showing Up in Kindle Store

Hi, Everyone.

I changed the description of one of my stories on Kindle yesterday and I've been waiting for it to get republished. The status finally changed back to published today, but I went back to check it, and it doesn't look like there's any change. Has anyone ever experienced this? Who's the right person to contact in a case like this?

Did you try going through Author Central?
Under the tab "Books" right-click the one you want to change. You should be able to change the blurb and a few other things without republishing.
However, there could be a lag. The Amazon website is layered. When the servers are busy some layers have to wait.
Anyway, success.

My book just finished publishing (again) and the changes still weren't there. I looked for the "Contact Us" link and sent a message about it to customer service. Hopefully they'll take care of it.

Something certainly seems borked with their system.

I've found them very friendly, patient and helpful.

I'm not sure if that was the same entity, because I filled in an online form, but since I was on the KDP site, I think it was.
