Development Feature requests for Ermine Beta ????

Hi,

Do we have to post feature requests from the Ermine Beta in this specific forum or on the normal feature request forum ???

I already have one feature request which would be to be able to assign the "previous - next page" buttons from the e-ink screen act as (half page up / half page down then go to next page ...) so I don't have to take the stylus to always move a half page up or down.

First feature request: a two page document explaining what the new features do. The eink screen has gone dark (yes, literally dark, not the natural white color) on me twice because I did something I apparently wasn't supposed to, and I had to reboot the reader app.

This might not be an Ermine request, per se, but instead of merely scrolling up and down pages, it would be nice to have a page up / page down or top / bottom page - unless it is already possible and I don't know about it.

I would really like to be able to use a barcode scanner apparently for 2D, 3D, QR codes.

Is the camera only 0.5 megapixels? I also get a greenish tint on all pictures taken with the eDGe.

Try updating the TV.com app with Amazon market, it works great for me.

My requests are mainly e-ink side requests:

First 2 should be easy to program:

- One button/icon for rotating the e-ink side
- I agree with lobotom1s request. page up/down for half pages when in rotation mode

- annotating ability for the e-ink side when rotated.
- copy LCD screen to e-ink side (for browsing etc) and I don't care if it is slow

Not related to the update: please release the SDK

Also, if possible, allow a setting for us to use the processors full power instead of the throttled 800 mhz.

Install apks to SD Card. Or be able to move them to SD card.

The annotations should be stored in the PDF and should be compatible with the standard annotation from adobe. This way we could see and edit annotations in other compatible programs like repligo, adobe acrobat, bluebeam PDF etc. At the same time we would be to edit the annotations made by other programs directly on the ereader screen.

Ideal, but I would even settle for (as if it's easier?) Journal compatibility with the regular version of Xournal, and ideally Jarnal because it's cross-platform. Currently, Xournal

You mean it is not? I remember being able to open journal files in xournal for windows...

Anyways, luntz has done great job importing journal to onenote. If he manage to convert onenote files to the journal format them it would be perfect!
