flashlight for reading
Would it be possible to create a program that would allow the tablet side to just go white and stay on? This would allow the tablet side to act as a built in light for the reader.

that's an interesting idea. It would make holding the device awkward though.

You can get a flash light effect by simply tapping the Browser button on the LCD screen. The default Google home page is almost entirely white.

Several color choices plus use as an emergency flashing lightboard - with text - i.e help, call police etc. |

The My Settings app also let's you turn the LCD screen into a flashlight. I love this one; works great when reading in bed with a partner who wants to sleep. If you can't find the apk online, PM me.

MySettings can be downloaded from Slideme.org (http://www.slideme.org/application/mysettings). Looks like the app was last updated just yesterday.

Hi guys.
DON'T do like me who tried the pattern to lock/unlock your edge! IT doesn't work and it WILL LEAVE YOUR EDGE LOCKED. (bad things about NOT HAVING A REAL MARKET!!!) Also some days ago I got a virus from what it was supposed to be an update for memory booster (the apk, instead, was a program to - no matter which action I did - open a email composer - supposedly to email the guy and pay to have it unlocked). Fortunately, I solved both problems in the same way: restarting the edge and killing the program with the Advanced Task Killer before it even starts. Anyways, just a tip. ![]() take care |
