Trackball Problem
I recently purchased the Pocket Edge. After setup and registration, I sometimes am having problems with the trackball working after boot up. It doesn't seem to work at all until I reboot sometimes. Sometimes I have to reboot several times before it works. I am careful to wait until it has completely booted up prior to opening anything so as not to interfere with the boot up process. Any ideas?

![]() I don't have a Pocket eDGe yet myself, and the full-sized eDGe I do have uses a different trackball. Your trackball should be responsive once you see the home screen on the LCD side, and it really never should stop working. You can submit a Help Request to Tech Support at www.entourageedge.com/support and they'll look after you. While their response time is usually extremely fast, right now they're dealing with a flood of help requests from all these new Pocket eDGe owners, so please be patient ![]() |
