Btw, what is the most right button (the chain) in the table of contents view of a library document good for? I did not find it in the documentation and could not figure out its meaning...

Okay, I figured it out myself now. :-)
If the chain button is activated and if you have hierarchically ordered items in the table of contents (book icon), then the folders in the TOC view will be opened (i.e. the subitems will be shown) when you switch to the corresponding pages on the Ereader side. |
