I don't know how warranty support will work - do we return it to the retailer, or directly to enTourage? If to the retailer, what kind of response time will we be looking at?

I got lucky. Ordered mine this morning at 6am CST. Standard overnight. I emailed sales and inquired as to whether I would see it tomorow. They told me their disclaimer was to cover processing incidentals, and that he couldn't guarantee it. The gentleman I emailed promised to email me back later if it wasn't shipping today, otherwise I would be emailed my tracking information. So I'm very excited! I've heard entourage has excellent customer service, and if this is any indication of what to expect, I'm thankful I just managed to sneak into their warranty support before the doors closed.

I have been waiting to purchase one from BestBuy in the U.S. The eDGe has been listed on their website for a month as "Coming Soon". As of today, it is listed as "Sold Out Online".

What other retailer is selling this in the U.S.?

the idea is to stick a USD539 on your site and let the retailers sell bellow this price. this creates competition and more options for the buyers"!

Portland State will not have them, they have an exclusivity agreement with Apple. I bet a lot of college bookstores are like this.

I think there should be some antitrust laws in Portland?
