Journal: Minor Enhancement -- Fast(er) Save Icon

After a Journal has already been given a filename and saved every subsequent use of the Save icon pops up the filename dialog and the virtual keyboard. (Mildly annoying to me.)

It would be nice if the Journal had an option that can be toggled to change the behavior of the Save icon, so that it only asks for a filename the first time it is clicked, and then every time after it just saves immedaitely to the same file without asking.

I'm all for that. If wanting to save to another document, then there should be a way to specifically declare "Save As"
