Question USB Projector?

Has anyone found a USB projector that will work with the edge? I don't know if a custom driver is required or does Android have a generic one ? I guess this fall into the USB monitors arena as well.

Random question, Ken (which I'm sure that you've been asked a thousand times): are you the same Ken Jennings who had the unbelievably long run on Jeopardy a few years back?

We are working on adding drivers for a USB to VGA adapter. This may be possible sooner than you think!

That will be excellent! One less reason to drag a laptop to meetings.

No. It is a surprisingly common name. There are 17 occurrences listed in the phone book in the major metropolitan area near me.

This utility will be in the next release, scheduled for next Monday. You can choose to display either the Tablet or the Reader screen on a projector or monitor.

That was great news to hear of the next release coming.

On the subject of projectors or adapters for projectors, will you be selling any or providing a list of compatible models?

We don't plan to offer the adapters for the time being. This is the model we like best. You can get it at CDW or NewEgg

This is a non-powered unit, which works great but is a drain on the battery. If you do extended presentations, like days and days of training, you might want to get a powered hub to go with it. You can actually just use the power supply from most powered hubs with this model directly.
