I intended to ask about the over-the-weekend update on Monday but got busy with other things. I did though check the forum to look for notices about the update and didn't find any. I also checked my eDGe and found "Mobile broadband settings" under Settings, Network Controls. Has that always been there? Can't remember.

Ah. I couldn't remember, but I now see that this post gives details on the update.
