Thinking of giving up...
I was hopping this machine would work as they said it will but its crashing on me every time I use. I kinda gave up on this as I look at it and its like a bain in my existence....
Not sure if I get a refund for this anymore, and hopefully they will let me send this back and hopefully the next one will be better... Then, noticed on my ticket that Entourage closed my ticket without it getting resolved...lovely eh? |

Yes, call directly. Mistakes do happen and it seems you also got a bum eDGe. Let us know how it turns out. BTW, how do you know the ticket is closed? I have several open, I think.
Do try another eDGe, if offered. I now use it much more than my pc, though I keep it plugged in most of the time. I haven't run out the battery or anything, it's just easier to not worry about it. |
