Android Can someone make the SlideMe store app full screen?

Will the SlideMe app go full screen?

Here you go Brauckmiller. Rebuilt using SDK 4 for android 1.6.

I would not be so sure about this link ChrisF posted. This link needs to be checked 1st before anyone downloads it. Any such apk's should be downloaded from SlideME site. http://slideme.org/sam2.apk

Thanks for posting, chris! The app works great! Crashes occasionally but I don't imagine that is due to the remake!

You are right in that links should be verified and scanned before installed, but if the official SAM app was fully compatible with the edge(designed to use the SDK for android 1.6), this request would never have been asked. If you would like to see exactly what I changed, please visit euser1's post at: http://www.entourageedge.com/forums/...en-on-the-Edge. I chose to host it on that site simply because other eDGe users have posted links from it.

The crashes could be caused by the rebuild if the app uses code that was modified or removed when Android upgraded from 1.5 to 1.6. Ideally a real fix would be an official app from SlideME with support for larger screens.

Has anyone tried to install a paid app with this? I get stuck with it retrying and failing payment authorization, but perhaps I just set up my SlideMe account incorrectly (I selected amazon payments)

Little adding if you have already setup the traditional slideme store the rebuild slide me apk won't work! You must before uninstall it and then install the rebuild one.
