Stuck on Welcome screen!
I have a PRS 300. My pc crashed and I have a new pc now. However,the reader was synced with the Reader library (will never do again). I attempted to delete files manually via the Windows explorer. I deleted a cache file inadvertently. I then found instructions on this site to perform a hard reset which I have done twice. I can access the reader using the software no problem. Everything was deleted. I am able to add new books on the reader. However, when I turn on the reader, I have a Welcome page saying to press enter. Nothing happens after that whatever button I press. Anybody has any idea what I can do to fix this problem...
