since 0.8, at each update I get the Wizard!
Subject says it all:
since 0.8.0, I'm being asked each time by the wizard where my Library folder is. Not such a big problem, but the preferences are also being reset.
Any workaround?

Sounds as though you have a permissions problem on the Calibre config folder so that preferences are not getting saved.

The symptom you are describing can happen only if the config directory or some files in it are not writable.
