Since it's less than 30 days I think you can return it for a full refund, and then you can order the new KSO.

I just got a K3 3G also ($189); actually, UPS tried delivering it today but no one was home to sign for it I'm not interested in the KSO so the price drop doesn't bother me

why does it say battery life up to 2 months now? I dunno bout you but my kindle barely lasts a month (with wireless rarely on)

164 is no weirder than 114.

99 and 149 seem more sensible to me, but no need for Amazon to slash prices when they're coming in under the new nook and kobo.

They're matching B&N's formula of 2 months based on 30 minutes reading per day with WiFi off. Amazon's old formula was based on 60 minutes per day. IOW, they're identical and B&N was just being cute by cutting the reading time per day in half.

Battery Life: 2 months @ 30 minutes/day = 1 month @ 60 minutes/day
