all the book and collections in kindle3 are missing

Today my kindle3 got a problem:
after I uninstall the kindle-ss-0.22.N.zip and restarted my kindle3,all my collections and book are losing ,only left two dictionary,but when I plug Kindle3 to my computer via USB,all the book are still in the document directory,but I can't find in when I read.
And the free space dispaly in the top is 113Mb,but I only use 70Mb,there should be 3000Mb left. The music can't play too, saying "there are no mp3 files in the music directory", the truth is there are 5 songs in the music directory. I asked the seller, he told me to reset the kindel to the factory defaults, but after I did that , nothing change. Is this software problem or system promlem ?How can I do now ?
