The Miracle Inspector
Helen Smith's The Miracle Inspector is a 4-star book worth reading. The biggest flaw of the book is that it feels incomplete. Insufficient background, that is, telling of the events that got us to where the story begins, and a confusing ending. It appears to be available only at Amazon.

Thanks for the review, and for reminding me about it. I got this book some time ago and it got lost in the ever-growing TBR library.
