Another newbie
Hello everyone--
I'm in the market for an e-reader of some sort, and was looking up reviews, and this forum kept coming up, so I thought I might as well join! And my husband and I had a total fan moment when we saw the developer of Calibre on here....and in my part of the world too (we live in the mountains outside of Albuquerque). Yay for Calibre!  I'm currently thinking of either the Nook color or possibly one of the Sony e-readers--I'm looking for something that I can take notes on fairly easily as well as use as a reader (and am I spoiled by technology: I have at least temporarily rejected the Kindle after playing with them at Best Buy, because I'm so addicted to a touch screen). Looks like a great forum, and I'm sure I'll get a lot of information here. eta: oh, yes, and beyond reading and writing, my other big obsession is dogs: I have two Shiba Inu (hence my screen name) and an Akita. |
