PRS-350 Used PRS-350 authorized to another user!

Hi

I just bought an used PRS-300. I registered at Sony and used the coupon that came with it to buy to books. When I attempt to transfer them to the E-reader I get the message "E-books cannot be transfered because reader is authorized to another user."

What can I do?

The fastest way is to do a hard reset.
