Eink printed on Cloth, Tyvek plus ....

Printed onto cloth- I have been thinking about this for several years now. I might have to make a tshirt with their current segemented display

Next its shown printed on a Tyvek envelope

Finall, we have seen this done before but I think its actually a newer display/test. the color seems better to me and the video seems to playing at a higher frame rate

I notice that the demo drone rolling up the cloth, and the one wrinkling the tyvek, are very careful not to crease it.
I bet the Eink fails if you put a real crease in it. It would make sense.
That would sort of limit the usage for tee shirts & casual stuff like that.

I could imagine it being used in magazines ala Harry Potter photographs some time in the future. Or maybe banners for birthday parties and such.
