Issues with books purchased after rooting...

I rooted my nook color, and I love it! Though I have run into a issue with purchasing books from Barnes and Noble. I bought a few books and went to my library to find them, but when I select it to read it brings up the screen you see when you purchase a book. So I clicked to purchase it, and it tells me I already have and to go to my library. The only way I can read them is by putting them on the home screen and opening it from there by touch and holding the book and selecting 'Read', but if i switch over to Zeam the book is removed from the home screen and I have to do the whole process over again. Anyone with advice???
