Book details are now in bold font

I noticed this when I installed 0.7.59 on my Mac.

In the bottom right-hand corner where the comments are shown for the selected book, the font is now in Bold (it looks like Arial) even though my default font is Warnock Pro Light.

Is it possible to change the display font for the comments and the book details?

The comments of the book display area, without any html in the comment box, are the same font and size as your default font under look and feel. Does it look ariel and bold for every book or just a few? If it is just a few, in the edit metadata window highlight the affected text and click the little recycle icon in the book display area to remove any html code.

All I can say for sure is that I am not seeing this perceived problem on my Windows installation of calibre.

From v0.7.58, you can customize book details panel by editing "book_details.css" file in "resources\templates\" folder. Please read Overriding icons, templates, etcetera.
