Calibre to iTunes Error
Sorry if this has been posted but when trying to export epubs in my library, device>iTunes, export using "send to device" I get the following error. Driving me nuts Any thoughts?

Calibre 0.7.58
iTunes 10.2.1
Mac os 10.6.5

Error as follows:

"list index out of range

Traceback (most recent call last):

P.S. No other device is connected while doing this.

That will happen if the epub you are trying to send is invalid (has no OPF). Just ignore that book.

Got it, any way of telling which book has a valid OPF or is it trial and error?

change the extension of .epub to .zip ....

a .opf file is usually stored in the OEBPS folder ....

No need to change extension, just right click on the book in calibre and select tweak epub, then press explode ePub and take a look.

I'm saying that as the author of the iTunes device driver, I saw your posting, looked at relevant code, made the necessary corrections, and submitted a patch to Kovid, who will integrate it into the next release.
