Is anyone having trouble accessing b/g Wifi router after the NC update?

Hello,

I am SERIOUSLY considering getting a new, updated NC, but I just read over on the B&N discussion site that someone had to get a new Wifi router b/c after the update his or her NC wouldn't connect to his or her g router and that tech support told him or her to switch to n.

Has anybody been able to Wifi connect their updated NCs via a b/g only router? B/G is all that my router does and I won't get the NC if I have to also get a new router.

Mine's updated and connected to a G router just fine. I did have to "re-connect" it as something during the update set the connection as 'disabled', but that took only one tap and a couple of seconds.

Updated this morning at school using the USB cable and a manually downloaded updater. Dropped it into the Nook's root directory (as instructed) and, when it rebooted, where connection had been problematic sometimes it now connects immediately. So, no issues here. Better performance I think.
