Being a very frequent traveler, I find it convenient to keep a report of airport status. The FAA produces a page for most commercial airports that converts quite nicely into a PDA friendly page and shows current delay status and weather alerts.
http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/flyfaaindex.jsp?ARPT=xxx&p=0 In this link, replace the "xxx" with the airport code of your favorite airport. Examples: http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/flyfaaindex.jsp?ARPT=LAX&p=0 (Los Angeles Intl) http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/flyfaaindex.jsp?ARPT=SFO&p=0 (San Francisco) Set length depth to 0 and no following of offsite links. |
