Recognising my Sony?
Hi Folks, Can you help me please. My Sony PRS 505 is not being recognized by
calibre. I have used it in past on old computer so know the basics. But when I plug reader in nothing happens..

welcome to MR!

What do you want to do? If you just want to bring a new book onto your reader you can do it in your explorer and drag and drop it.

Also I strongly recommend you post your question in the Calibre forums, here no one will assume there is someone who needs help and I am not so good at Calibre myself...

Welcome to Mobileread ....assuming you have checked the obvious, firstly as Poppaea advises, can the PC see your reader?

Otherwise try a reload of Calibre.
