Emailed the publisher. I know it's free, but useless if 1/3 of it is unreadable...

Pages after 286 are cut off on one side.

I think I remember this being distributed before, perhaps a better version. I'll look through my archives later. If he releases it as Creative Commons, instead of just a "you can download this," someone might be motivated to convert it to different filetypes and fix the formatting.
