Possible or not? Calibre daemon on linux sending email with news
I just got a Kindle 3 and started using Calibre (Win7) a few days ago. I like it, especially the Fetch News function.
Now I started thinking. Is it possible to run Calibre as a daemon on Ubuntu Server, where it once or twice a day fetches news from some of the built in sources and sends them to my Kindle (@free.kindle.com)? If yes, how? I don't need all the other features of Calibre on my Ubuntu machine, as I will use it on a different machine. |
