Cover skewed on upload
Hi there
I'm making .epub version of ebooks I created in HTML by uploading the HTML file to Calibre and then adding the cover using the 'Conversion' tool. When I upload the cover, which is normal book cover dimensions, it gets stretched really wide. How do I stop it from doing this? Also, what exact pixel sizes does Calibre prefer for book covers? thanks! Jody Kihara |

Go to the epub output options in the conversion settings and check preserve aspect ratio. calibre doesn't care about cover sizes, that is a function of the viewer ou use to view the epub. A good ratio/size to maintain is 600x800
