Convert from RTF (bug?)

I've just had a need to convert several files FROM rtf, all of them are having a problem.

After each close quote (single and double) that then follows with some more text, the space is being removed.
E.G.
"Don't do that!" she shouted.
is being altered to
"Don't do that"she shouted.

Can anyone else confirm this?
If it is confirmed I'll raise a ticket.

Doesn't happen with a randomly chosen RTF from my library during RTF->TXT (didn't want to overwrite my ePub). What format are you converting to?

I tried converting to txt and to epub.

I think I may have found out why, in the raw rtf, the close quote marks are \u8221?, and if I load it into atlantis and save it out again and convert that file, it converts fine.

The other quotes and apostrophes are similary encoded, when saved out again they're all actual quote/apostrophe marks.

Just need to load them all and resave them again.
