Calibre can't see new Kobo

I just exchanged my original Kobo with a dead screen for a new wifi model but it's not showing up in Calibre. I know I can drap and drop directly on to the Kobo but I like using Calibre to manage my books. Does any one know what's different about the wifi model and why I can't see it in Calibre? I am running Windows 7 home and I believe I have the latest version of Calibre.

So I'm assuming that it's showing up in Windows Explorer?

Yeah it was showing in windows explorer. I thought that Calibre was auto updating but it wasn't and I was quite a few versions behind. I upgraded and it's working fine now.

If you have an ipod/phone pluged into your computer as well calibre wont see your kobo.
