battery replacement ever happen?

I remember signing up for a battery replacement some time ago, and never got an email back regarding it. I saw on the forums that in March, someone from iRex stated that they would definitely be carrying through on the battery replacement offer. Has this happened yet and I missed it, or is everyone still waiting?

It has not happened yet, and i suspect it will happen once the "updated" iLiad will be available aswell. And i suspect it will still be a few month away.
