AOL Fanhouse Recipe with Wizardrss

I've written up a recipe the sports portal AOL Fanhouse (see attached). I have been using it for a week. I like it but it could definitely be better. I'd like to ask the community (i.e. you) to improve it.

My biggest headache with Fanhouse is AOL truncates their content in the Fanhouse rss feeds. To get around this I used a service called wizardrss. Besides adding a layer of complexity to the recipe, Wizardrss only permits 3 articles per feed. There's a tradeoff:

full length articles but only three articles (per feed)
vs.
truncated articles but up to 20 articles (per feed)

If someone can figure out how to get the complete articles without going through wizardrss, that would be groovy.

Secondly, Fanhouse offers several feeds and I did not include them all. In the script you can uncomment out some lines to bring on more content.

Finally, I blocked images on the feed. The attribution comments (ie Getty Images) were cutting into the text. Also Wizardrss was putting in advertisements.

Thank you and enjoy!
Matt

Fanhouse has gone through some redesign rendering my recipe worthless. I'll try to get something up by this week.
