Custom recipes - sharing or backing up

Does anyone know where custom recipes are stored?

I have made some on my laptop and want to transfer them to another machine. Using the 'share' option results in an email without an attachment.

If I copy and paste them (as advanced recipies) I can't then change them - I made them as basic ones (a selection of RSS feeds).

If I can get to the file where there I stored I can possibly do something, assuming each one has its own file and is in plain text.

Otherwise - how do I easily copy them to another machine, so I can change them?
