v7.46 not downloading covers from Amazon
Just installed 7.46. The new default behaviour of the Download Cover button when you are editing metadata goes to Amazon, and that seems to be never finding covers. (covers from the usual sources seem to be working fine.)

Which cover gets downloaded is variable. Typically openlibrary (the usual source for covers) is faster than amazon, so covers from there are preferentially loaded. If you want ocers from amazon, disbale the openlibrary cover download plugin
