Changing the file name rules?

Hello. I went to the FAQ and looked and I didn't come across an answer for this.

Is there away to change the way Calibre names files?

Currently it is doing this:

Book-author (F L).pdf

I'd like it to do this:

Author (L, F) - Book name.pdf

And, if it is possible to modify this can someone point me to the instructions...as well as let me know if I can then get it to rename all 2,134 pdf files I have.

Well, you can change the filename and path for saving to disk and sending to device. See the relevant entries in the preferences.
