Backup advice?

There are plenty of backup programs out there and I'm looking for recommendations. I need a program that will backup program settings to make the next rooting attempt easier. Any suggestions?

I use MyBackUp Pro to backup apps/data/settings. One-click Restore takes no more than 15 minutes. When I re-rooted all that was needed was a re-do of my widgets (placeholders were there).

TitaniumBackup is the another option. It has Dropbox sync, which I think is pretty useful: saves your state to your Dropbox account, besides the SD card. If your SD card is lost or damaged, you can use the Dropbox copy to restore your data.
