Can we have a cat emoticon please?

The smilies contain many types of creature: bunnies, squirrels etc, but not one cat.

Would it be possible to have at least one cat? I've noticed that many of the members of MR have feline avatars and an interest in the monsters.

I realise that this is not a cat forum, but you'd be amazed at how our cats interfere with reading. I even splashed out on book armor to prevent paws from breaking the screen.

Just one cat smilie. PLEASE....

I think that there is a technical question that needs to be answered here. When writing responses or threads on this forum can we add any emoticon we wish and find out on the internet? How? Does this forum support animated emoticons? There are a lot of sites out there that will get you emoticons for free.

I would suspect that to make them "official" emoticons, they'd have to make sure it was okay to use them.

Otherwise, you know how it goes - I found my avatar by searching google images.

Love the black one that fizzywater posted. Can he be official please, so that all I have to do is click "more.." on the smilies, then just add him to a post; otherwise I'll get so lost among all the little cats out on the web that I'll never get the post posted!
