Pocketbook IQ not working!

Just got my IQ I ordered last week, and it wont start properly. When I press the power-on button it gives me the start-screen (in german, for some reason), the start-screen flashes once and the pocketbook does nothing. None of the buttons do anything, except the reset button, which just restarts the IQ and it gets stuck on the same start-screen. Any great tips for this (couldn't find anything in previous threads)?

Sounds like you've managed to screw up your firmware. Remove the back cover and pull the battiery connector (to break the reboot loop). Reconnect the battery and AC, then flash the latest firmware from PocketBook.

Ok, so I removed the backplate, pulled the battery connector, downloaded the latest firmware and put it on an SD card, reinstalled the battery connector, plugged in the AC and restarted the IQ (with the SD card, of course) by holding the '+'-button and pressing the power-on. At first there was the same start-screen, but then it went to one with the little android-creature next to a box and I even got a progressbar (installing the new firmware, i presume?). Once the progress bar had got to the end, the IQ rebooted and went back to the start-screen and turned itself off (?). I waited for a couple of minutes and pushed the power-on button again and now it's stuck on the start-screen again. :/

What am I doing wrong??? this is my first android btw so sorry for my noobness...

when in doubt, flash version 2.0.2 first then flash version 2.0.3.

Cheers
