Hi, I am Juli, and I am new to this forum. I received a Literati for Christmas, and did all the uploads, read several books, but now I am stumped. I have ADE, Kobo Books, and the Literati, but can't seem to get it all to work together! I have been reading the forums, but am about to give up. I am hoping with your help I can get it all together. Later, Juli

Good to have your company, Juli. I think you'd get quicker and more expert advice if you were to post your specific problems in one of the device-specific sub forums here. Good luck and best wishes. Neil

Please look for a literati thread in these forums. The folks that have them do not like them much, I gather from reading their posts.

Welcome to the forum! Try these threads and hopefully you can get things figured out. https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=116434 https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=100817 I just recently purchased a literati (and my siblings bought several, so I am actively "servicing" several). Several basic things I've found are; 1. If something is acting weird, try restarting the literati. Just hold the power button down till the screen goes blank (about 6 secs). 2. If 1. didn't help, try resetting the literati to factory settings. This can be done by going to the settings menu, selecting "advanced" and then "Reset Device Now". (This will erase everything on the reader except the 25 included books.) 3. Battery life will be much better if you leave Wifi off when you aren't using it and turning the screen light down if you don't need it very bright. |

Hi, welcome to MR from the Netherlands. Just don't you worry and look on the different fora to ask your questions. You could start here and then on to the Calibreforum or Kobo (mainpage forum--top of the page). https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...light=literati |
