MOBI format concern

Hello,

I have recovered a book from the lost city of Atlantis, in digital format. I am concerned that my Kindle will not be able to display the characters of this old language.

Can someone please confirm for me that Kindle supports Atlantean? This is very important.

Yup.

Kindle works with the Mobi format, but it can also unlock and uncode hidden secrets in Atlantean and Sumerian. There are some problems with certain dialects and slang terms used in Gaelic, but who the hell speaks Gaelic now, anyway...

As has been noted many times - if people did their homework, research, they would know that the format is or is not supported. Remember though, if using this in Atlantis' locale, use, at least, a ziplock baggie.

FYI -- If you send it through Calibre (with plugins!), Atlantean can be converted to Gaelic without the formatting errors.... though you may anger the Druid Gods. I can't provide a link, but if you want Gaelic you probably want a drink instead anyway!!

You'll probably find the book is protected by a DRM scheme which is no longer supported. A decryption solution is almost certainly available, but can't be discussed in these forums. However, GIYF (Google Is Your Friend).
