Can annotations from Sony Readers by synchronised?

Hi,
I'd like to know if there is a way to synchronize annotations (including highlights) from Sony PRS-650 with Calibre?

I'm pretty sure that Calibre doesn't do this for any e-book reader. If you haven't already, you could get a definitive answer in the Calibre forum.

By the way, I just noticed that you (or another Diddy!) posted a question in another forum about where Reader Library stores annotations. Have you learned anything interesting? There's a discussion going on here on Mobileread on that topic. There seems to be more information on the Mac, but I'm trying to figure out where annotations are stored on a Windows Vista machine. If you're still interested in this topic, here's the thread:

Thanks for your reply! This is what I found out:

Where are my ebook files located?

The Sony Library doesn’t move files "into" the Library, the Library just maintains a pointer to the actual file on your hard drive or other media.

Windows:
If you downloaded them using ADE, the folder is <your username>/documents/My Digital Editions
If you downloaded them using the sony software, the folder is <your username>/documents/My Books/Reader Library
Annotations File

This is an xml file that stores any annotations.
Windows:
C:\Users\dsteiner\AppData\Local\Sony Corporation\Reader\Database\kLibrary.xdb
Mac:
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Sony Corporation/Reader/Database/kLibrary
