Clearing pending download status for file sent to kindle.com & transferred via USB
I converted a personal document by sending it to free.kindle.com, downloading it from the link received by email, and transferring it to my 3G Kindle 3 via USB because I don't have Wi-Fi. The file, however, is still listed in the Downloading Items list on the Kindle. How do I clear the pending download status in Downloading Items?

Go to someplace that does have wifi, and turn on the wireless, and "sync and check for items." Either the Kindle will realize your document has already been delivered, or it will download a second copy which you can then delete. Either way it should clear the pending items the next time you connect.
