Hi m-s-s, I think the upgrade process is automated. All it takes is for you to connect to the Internet with your iLiad and you should be offered to upgrade.

Hi m-s-s!
First you have to create a MyiRex Account here: https://myirex.irexnet.com/user.php Then you take your iLiad and go to the settings. Right on the first settings page are the MyiRex account settings. There you enter your email address you used with the MyiRex account and the according password. Depending on your network you need to set our network settings in the "iLiad Profiles". Just follow the wizard. After that, just do a loong press of the upper right button and connect to iDs. Your update will be downloaded and installed automatically. Have fun with your iLiad. |

Really that easy but just for safety make sure you read the release notes first!
http://www.irextechnologies.com/downloads/docs Provided your current version is 2.95 or higher (2.10 is higher) there should be no extra problems. 2.95 is special - read the instructions really carefully if you need it. There is quite a lot of extra info on the fora. For safety's sake probably best to remove all external memory (SD/MMC/USB/CF) before updating. Good luck and have fun. Tokkeh |
