Sony Reader #2 on Gadgets to go list
The Times editor Tom Dunmore compiled a list of important gadgets he'd bring on a trip. On top of his list is the iPhone, just followed by the Sony Reader (and a couple of other less meaningful gadgets)!

He said "expected" -- there's a ways between that and "scheduled."

Nobody's going to comment on the text further down the page?

I'm not sure if I need a flexible screen if that means it'll be less balanced and harder to hold and control.
I'm still not certain that there are plastic that could be rolled up dozens of time per day and NOT show any sign of wearing. |

Flexible and rollable screens are two different things. For example Plastic Logic displays are just flexible. I've had a flexible e-ink screen once in my hands, and it was far from being rollable.
We'll get both soon enough, but expect flexible first (at least if you want a pretty decent size). |
