booken Gen 3
Hello as a newbie I have a question which might seem very simple to you in the know.. I recently had to reinstall all the firmware onto my Gen 3 to read adobe. My Gen 3 seems ok but the Adobe Digital Editions programme on my laptop now refuses to see the Gen 3 when I plug it in. I have deleted ADE from my computer restarted the computer and reinstalled ADE still no joy the ADE says my computer is authorised. Can anyone help???

I'm afraid I don't know ADE enough to comment, but some will no doubt pop in and answer your question - though I have to ask "is ADE on a laptop/PC supposed to recognise a device?" in the same way as, for instance, Calibre does?
