				Clock mess up?

Since the first of the year, my iPad clock has been four minutes fast. Anyone else had that problem?

I just looked, and mine is about that fast also. Strange. I set it correctly... we'll see what happens. Last edited by JMikeD; 01-03-2011 at 11:16 PM. |

Yep, me too. The servers has the right time for the post. The iPad said 4:58 I changed it to the correct time. Hope it stays there. Last edited by wannabee; 01-04-2011 at 01:42 AM. Reason: Log the post time |

Mine's been that way since I got it last April, but about 10 minutes fast (I'm in the U.S. Central Time Zone).

Mine has only drifted off by about a minute (maybe less) since I first set it a couple months ago.

It has to be a recent phenomenon... I have some regular alarms set and my iPod Touch, iPad, and laptop will all normally start chiming within a few seconds of each other. Thinking back, the iPad has been off for a few days.

I think I read something about iPad clocks not syncing their time with a central source the way iPhones do. I'm not sure about that, though. And, if so, it might only apply to wifi iPads. Do any of the people seeing this problem have an active data plan on their iPad? Edit: Found it: http://www.tuaw.com/2010/12/21/setti...-than-you-thi/ Last edited by Rob_E; 01-04-2011 at 02:35 PM.
